What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
I see two key dilemmas at this point: One is execution versus massive, unpredictable and accelerating change. The temptation could be to ‘wait and see’ or ‘analyse, analyse, analyse’, but I think the age of predictability and detailed five-year plans is over. This needs to be part of your mindset. The other dilemma is the opportunities found in technological progress (automation, robotics, AI, machine learning) vs. the potential of humans. This is not a question of one or the other. It is really a question of identifying the best mix for your particular business.

The best advice someone ever gave to you?
If you see an exciting opportunity, grab it. Do not wait.
