Daniel has 15 years’ experience with change management and organisational development from both the private and public sectors in Sweden and Denmark. He is responsible for Valcon’s services in the southern and western regions of Sweden. Daniel has broad experience from municipalities, country council and service and maintenance organisations with responsibility for several comprehensive organisational changes with the customers and employees in focus.

What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
The pace and speed with which society and thereby the public sector are changing is increasing rapidly. But increasing reform pace does not seem to be the answer. Instead, perspectives like co-creation and an out-side-in perspective are picking up pace. But so is Brexit, Trump.

The best advice someone ever gave to you?
Don’t assume that others have the same ambitions as you have.

What does The HOW mean to you?
When I speak with decision makers about the HOW, we speak about what really matters, what really hurts and what’s really hard. It’s often an honest, open, value-adding dialogue.
