What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
The shift from discrete products to product and services systems, which link an array of closely related products and services together in combined and connected offerings. This shift is of course driven by general-purpose technology, i.e. digitisation, and redefines competitive advantage, reshaping industry boundaries and creating entirely new industries.
The best advice someone ever gave to you?
With an open mindset, you can be aware of what is actually going on and thereby respond appropriately.
What does The HOW mean to you?
HOW is perhaps the key question to being successful. HOW is the extension of WHY and WHAT that makes things happen. The right things in the right way. Missing out on the HOW –- you won’t win the trust of your customers, colleagues, stakeholders or society at large. The HOW is vital for closing the strategy-to-execution gap.
