What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
I think the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now is how medium-sized businesses will handle innovation, agility, digitalisation and new business models. The medium-sized businesses find themselves between a rock and a hard place with small, fast start-ups on one side and major financially strong companies able to invest in innovation on the other side. The medium-sized businesses are neither agile nor capital rich, and they risk being left behind at the station while the train is leaving, unless they acknowledge and work with a focused approach on the dilemma.
The best advice someone ever gave to you?
Don’t have ambitions for others.

Analysis and insight do not constitute any value until they are realised in practice.
