Valuable advice from a consultant or a leader should be given with awareness of how own personal drivers and core needs tend to direct the recommendations.
What does The HOW mean to you?
For me, the HOW is connecting strategy with operations and that can only be done by focusing on both structural solutions and leadership – a singular focus will not do it. The change process must be managed with respect to mindset, behaviour and structural solutions.
