What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
One of the most interesting dilemmas is how company managements are able to mobilise and commit their managers and employees to drive a transformation of their processes, technology and culture to provide a significant and long-term effect for the company and its customers. This requires a clear management agenda to be executed and integrated in the daily operations of the company.
